《地球暦ワークショップ》
全く新しい円盤型のカレンダー「地球暦」の見方、使い方をお伝えします。地球暦は、宇宙や自然のリズムを知り、ホールネス（全体性）の感覚を体得するためのガイドラインのようなもの。共有する時間の中で、それぞれの生き方暮らし方をより深めていきます。
《ライフレコードワークショップ》
「自分とは何者か？」を考えるときに、これまでの体験は重要な手がかりの一つです。自分の過去を見える化することで、自分が何者なのか、未来に向けて何をしていきたいのか、自分と向き合うためのきっかけを作ります。これまで知らなかった自分自身や、抱えていたモヤモヤを解くヒントを探り、仕事や暮らしに活かしていくワークです。

＜地球暦とは…＞
人類が太陽系を見渡すことができるようになった今、日付や時間は単なる数字や記号ではなく、絶え間なく時空間を移動し続ける一瞬一瞬の連続であることに、私たちは気づきはじめています。
ユニバーサルな視点をもつ太陽系時空間地図 地球暦(HELIO COMPASS)は、太陽を中心にした地球の一年の動きを見ることができる暦です。太陽系の視点で眺めてみると、日々、惑星たちが規則正しく時を刻んでいるのがわかります。日常で使っている時計も、円盤の上で針が数字を指し示すだけの単純なものですが、多くの人々が使うことで生活の中に約束事を生み、社会を作っています。
暦の日付が本質的に示しているのは太陽、月、地球の位置関係です。 まずは地球のリズムに合わせることが、生きものにとって自然なあり方の道標です。人の思想は違っても、天地の動きは同じであり、みなが同じ一日を生きています。
太陽系とともに歩む一年が、みなさまにとって豊かな年になりますように。
＜ライフレコードとは…＞
「自分のやりたいことがわからない」
「自分をもっと知りたい」
「人に自分のことを伝えたい」
1年前の私自身の悩みです。その悩みをどのようにして整理したら良いのか考えた末に考案したのが「ライフレコード」でした。自分の人生を見える化し、俯瞰することによって自分自身のことが少しずつ見えてきたのです。
ライフレコードは自分の内面と外面、そして社会環境の3つのサークルからなっています。内側に秘めている自分自身と、他の人から見えている自分像、そしてどんな時代を生きているのかという時代感、その3つの関係性を俯瞰することで「自分とは何か」が立体的に見えてきます。自分の悩みや課題について深掘りするためのツールとして、相互理解を深めるためのコミュニケーションツールとして、またはエンディングノートなど自分自身の人生を表現するツールとしてなど、様々な活用が可能です。
もっと自分自身を知り、本当にやりたいことや、新たな自分の可能性を見つけて充実した人生を送る助けとなれれば幸いです。
