「ちか、クリスマスDJしない？」
と誘ってくれたのは、3人抱えてシングルの豪快母さんでした。
私たちの通ってるトモエ幼稚園には「やりたい！」と「好き」の気持ちを支える生態系があります。そこに大人も子どももありません。
毎年恒例のクリスマスショップは、言うなればトモエのクリスマスフェス。出品者は主に母たち。スイーツ、雑貨、珈琲やクリスマスリースなどなど、、園舎を舞台にクリスマスを楽しめるモノが勢揃いする１日なのです。しかも、お店を出したい人が、出したいものを自由に出して、買いたい人が買いたいものを自由に買うスタイルで。
園主催ではなく、母たち主催だから日程調整も、インフォメーション、出店者とのコミュニケーションや当日の企画や仕切りも有志の母で進められます。反対にやらない、やれない選択をも担保されている。強制じゃなくて「有志」ここが肝です。
お客さんは、子どもたち、親たちはもちろん、この日は卒園した小学生なども勢揃いします。
そんなこと、普通の幼稚園じゃなかなかないですよね。普段からの入念なコミュニケーション、他者共感と自己理解。毎日親も一緒に通っている幼稚園だからこそ、叶うひとつの形です。
そんな今日、私は会場を盛り上げるDJとしてブッキングしてもらったのでした。
2時間の生ラジオ企画。
私の「好き」を知っている友人母からの声かけ。実は「Christmas、、、やりたいなぁ」と思ってたんだけど、さすがに一人では腰が重かった私。テレパシー？とも思える声かけに二つ返事でした。
園スタッフがブースと音響（しかも本気なやつ）を前日から用意してくれました。
声をかけてくれた友人がリクエストとメッセージのインフォメーションをかけてくれました。
オンエアー中、子どもたちをいつも遊んでいるお母さんたちが見守ってくれました。
時たまマイクに入る子どもの声も、「可愛いねぇ」温かく聴いていてくれました。
その他にも、タックを組んでくれた総合プロデュースのみんなや、お手頃価格でお惣菜を売ってくれていた（これがあるから準備に集中できるんです）みんな。出展者、お客さん、、、本当にたくさんの人の気持ちと手を借りました。お陰で『愛のある放送』ができました。ありがとう。

は、正直苦手でできないけれど
当日、リクエストに答えながら
気持ちいい音をかけることならできます。
そして、それするのはかなり好き。
そんな能力や好きを見抜いて声をかけてくれる。そこをサポートしてくれる。
そんな生態系が、対ワタシだけでなく、誰に対しても（もちろん子供に対しても）存在するのがトモエです。
パプリカの子どもたちの大合唱とダンス、堪らなく可愛かったなぁ。
MISIAや広瀬香美を笑顔で口ずさみながら、子どもを抱いてる光景が嬉しかったなぁ。
John legend、ユニコーン、AIに、MichaelBuble、、、音があるって本当に幸せ。音に乗って話せるのは、私にとってもっと幸せです。
隣で同じくヘッドフォンをつけながらマイクフェーダーの上げ下げをしていた娘が最後に一言マイクで「みんなありがとう」と言っていました。ワタシからもありがとう。聴いてくれたみんなに。
大人が「好き」を追い求める姿を見る子どもたちは、少し緊張しつつも誇らしそうでもありました。「好き」や「やりたい」「楽しい」はやっぱり学びの根源ですね。
