12/3に木星が射手座から、山羊座にお引越しをしました。太陽の周りを１２年で一回りする木星は、一つの星座におよそ１年いることになります。
射手座は希望や夢、山羊座はリアリティ、現実化の星座と言われています。そう、だから２０１９年末から２０２０年にかけては、現実化の進む年。私が読み漁ったところ、大概の占星術師が言っているのはそんなところなわけですが、、、
特に星座が山羊座の私は、１２年に一度の好景気がやってくる？などとも言われていて、その真価はいかほどかしら？少しワクワクした年末を過ごしています。
そんな私がこのところ精を出しているのが一冊のノート。
日々感じていること、感謝したこと、モヤモヤしたこと、思いついたこと、実現したい夢や希望、何でも書き綴るいわば「私の頭の中」的ノート。初めてから半年くらいがたったのだけど、書き出してから「現実化」のスピードが早まっているのをヒシヒシと肌で感じています。
きっかけは、藤本さきこさんのこの本。（ブログもあります。オススメです）
当時、本当ににお金に切迫していて、藁にもすがる思いで、一晩で読み切って次の日にはノートを買いに走っていました。
最初はこの本通りに、、、でもだんだんオリジナリティが出てきて、今では自分らしい書き方に落ち着いています。ノートのおかげか？気になる収入も一時期よりもかなり安定しました。（心底ほっとしています）
半年続けてみて感じているのは「ノートに記す」という現実化が大事なのだということ。
「あぁなったらいいな」
「こうなりたい」
「いつも感謝してる」
「何だかモヤモヤする」
ということは、誰もがあると思うのだけれど、その頭の中の出来事を現実に落とす（手を動かしてノートに書く）ということに大きな意味があるのだと感じています。
そんな今日は、初めてビジョンコラージュをしてみました。
ビジョンコラージュ、ビジョンボードともいわれるもので、自分の頭の中にある夢や理想のイメージに近いものを雑誌の切り抜きなどを使ってコラージュしていくもの。
ずっとやりたいと思っていて、ようやく取り組めたのでした。
好きな雑誌から、好みのコーディネートを切り貼りして、あとはPinterestからダウンロードしたイメージをプリント。とても楽しく、子どもには隣で切り絵をさせながらちょきちょき、ぺたぺた。
一番の収穫は、自分が頭の中で思い描いていたものが、手元に落ちてきて自分で自分が「あぁ、こんな私になりたかったのか！」と気づけたことでした。
え？いまさら？と思うでしょ？やってみてください。大なり小なり皆さん、そうなることと思います。
お部屋やインテリアは北欧が好きだと思っていたけど、少し東欧やモロカンなティストばかり切り貼りしていました。
ファッションは、ここ最近一周回って脱ナチュラルと思っていたけど、見事に派手目が目を引いていたし。
家庭も仕事も自分らしく生き生きと両立している女性に憧れていて、中でもニュージーランドのアーダーン首相を追っかけていたら止まらなくなっていました。結果、まさかの自分のビジョンコラージュに安部さんが登場するという驚きもあり（笑）でもそのくらい、政治や社会と暮らしを両立させることに強い興味と関心があるんだということがわかりました。
旅の候補地には、アブダビ、ドバイ、バリ、タイ、ニュージーランド、スペインのイビザ島。友人や兄弟が住んでいて「近々行きたいなぁ〜」なんて思っていたポートランドやイギリスは実際ノミネートされなくて、条件判断（旅費が安く済むとか）していたことが見えてきました。
反対に旅の候補地を張り出してみたら、、、あら？好みのインテリアのティストと、候補地の空気感が少しダブって見えてきて、これにも、何か意味があるのだろう？と新たな視座が得られたりしました。
わかっているようで全くわかっていなかった自分の夢や理想がここに一つ、現実になったのでした。
頭の中に溜め込んでいた時よりも
脳内の余白を感じるし
コラージュすることで
具体的な温度感や質感がかなり掴めました。
夫にこれを見せながら、こうしたいああしたい。と共有することができました。
隣で見ていた娘も「ここもここもここも一緒に行きたい！」と言ってくれました。
ほらね、現実が少しずつ変わってきた。
小さくとも、現実化させることの意味は、とても大きい！
これからもノートは描き続けるので、その他のノートの使い方や、ビジョンコラージュをした成果などはまた報告たいと思います。
