2020年が明けましたね〜
あけましておめでとうございます。
2020年もこうして迎えられたこと、心からありがたいです！
お節を作らなくちゃ
大掃除をしなくっちゃ
年賀状をかかなくっちゃ
小さい頃から刷り込まれた習わしのほとんどを今年は敢えて手放し、ただ心地いい、楽しいことに集中すると決めてお正月を過ごしています。
大切にしたい習わしもあるけど
「ねばならないに捉われない」は
もっと大切にしたいと考えている私です。
そうこうしていたら、
お正月着で実家からお節が送られてきたり
千葉の仲間がついた鏡餅のお歳暮が届いたり
年賀状はストーリーでいいではないか！と思いついたり、、、
予期せずの流れに支えられ有難いお正月。
宇宙の法則は、手放したら巡ってくるように、ちゃんとできているもんなのだと思います。もしくは、手放した分だけ感謝する余白ができただけなのかな？笑
そんな2020年お正月
今年から新たな肩書きで活動することを決めました！
前回の記事にも関係しますが、ずっと「私は何者なのか？」ということを考えてきました。Doing（やっていることや、できること）としてのラジオパーソナリティや、ピラティスインストラクター、編集者、暮らしや働き方の新しい形の実践や、母業などはあるけれども、どれでか１つの肩書きで語られても、全くしっくりこない自分がずっといました。
「既存のイメージのラジオパーソナリティってちょっと違うんだよなぁ」
「ピラティスの先生の資格は持ってるけど、食や地球暦、、、伝えていることはオリジナルのものだし、ピラティスの枠には留まらないんだけど、、、」
「ライフワーク（人生を通してやっていきたいこと）とライスワーク（生活のためにやっていくこと）の境界線をなくしていきたい」
「母である慈も私だし、経営者やアーティストとしての慈も私」
ことあるごとに出てくる違和感たち。
それが去年の年末にもまた、噴出していたのでした。

この後、１つの決着を迎えたの昨年末でもありました。
仲間に相談したところ出てきたのがこの問いでした。
そして彼女はこう続けました。
「そもそも、肩書きってその人のことを理解するためにあるものでしょ？でもさ、そもそも１つの肩書きで語り尽くせちゃう人っていなくない？新聞とか名刺とか、古いツールでは今だに使われているけど、これだけ多様化が進んでいる現代でさ、肩書きって概念自体が古いんじゃないかな？だってさ、分かりやすい１つの肩書きで納得しちゃうって、既存の概念に当てはめて『その人のことを解った気になってる』ってだけで、理解した気になって思考停止しちゃってるってことにならない？」
彼女の言葉は私にとってあまりにも的確でした。
なぜって？まさに私がずっと感じていた違和感の正体は
その「解った気になられてる感」だったから。
あんたの概念に当てはめて私を解った気にならないでよ！
そもそも、ないものを作ろらなきゃ面白くないじゃん！
みたいな、ハングリー精神由来だったかもしれません。
「慈ちゃんは『ししどちか』が肩書きでいいよね」
「うん！ほんとそれ！それで理解してもらえるようになることが、当面の目標！」「私も慈ちゃんと同じこと思ってる。ってかさ、きっとそう感じている人、世の中には沢山いると思うんだよね！私の肩書きは私の名前！My name is My title！これって１つのムーブメントだよね！」
「ウンウン、そういうことも含めたアクションし続けていく人でありたいわ〜、それが当たり前になる世の中にしていきたい」
「『ライフスタイルアクティビスト』ってどうかなぁ〜？慈ちゃんのやってることにぴったりだと思うんだけど！」
！！！！
ライフスタイルアクティビスト！！！
トモエでの親子一緒に育つって教育の形だったり
田舎と都会の２拠点暮らしだったり
書き手、話し手、発信者としての自分
体と心と宇宙を繋げるワークショップも！
「ライフスタイルアクティビスト！」だったら違和感がない！
何よりもその先に
「で、それってどんなことしてるの？」って
コミュニケーションが生まれる！
まさに！私が肩書きに求めていたことでした。
DoingではなくってBeingの肩書きで。しかも、自分で決めたんじゃなくって、仲間に贈られた肩書きだってのもまた、新しいですよね。私も仲間に肩書きを送れる自分でありたいなぁと思います。
