一晩だけの家族になって、番の夕食を体験するプログラムです。
Airbnbを通して、海外の方々に喜ばれているものですが、日本人の方の大歓迎です！流暢ではありませんが、英語、中国語での対応もしています。

場所は、私たちの札幌のmy homeなので

などの方にオススメです。

事前に要望があれば、お好みのメニューを一緒に作ることができます。
マクロビオテックや、ヴィーガン食、ケトン食のメニューを作ることもできますし、一般的な毎日の食卓メニューで対応することのできます。要望がなければ、島牧村産のオーガニックの玄米を精米し、鰹節と昆布で出汁を引くところから、一つ一つ丁寧に作って食べるのが基本となります。

近所のスーパーに一緒に買い出しに行くところから一緒に楽しみましょう。


アルコールの提供はありませんが、スーパーで希望に応じて日本酒やアルコールの購入をお手伝い（日本語訳も可）をすることもできます。2人の子どももいますので、ファミリーでの参加も大歓迎ですよ！

＜流れ＞
1、駅で待ち合わせ
2、スーパで材料の買い出し
3、バスで一緒に自宅へ移動
4、家についてお茶を飲んで一息つきます。自己紹介と今日の流れを説明

5、一緒にご飯を作ります
・ご飯を精米する
・お味噌汁の出汁をとる
・材料を切る
・副菜の下ごしらえをする
・ご飯を炊く（鍋と火で炊きます）
・副菜の調理、味付け
・メインディッシュを作る
・味噌汁の味噌を解く
・箸など食器の準備
・盛り付け
・配膳

6、一緒に食べる 　（アルコールをご希望の方は、持ち込みOKです）

7、一緒に片付け＆時間があれば談話

8、終了。近所のバス停からお帰りいただきます
