そんな疑問にお答えしながら、１年で一番大切な「土用」という期間の過ごし方について、地球暦を使ってお伝えします。その他、四季の捉え方やそれに合わせた食べ物、養生方法、暮らし方など、地球暦は宇宙や自然のリズムを知ることができます。
