自分の在りようを記録していきます。

わかっているようで、意外とわからない自分のこと。この時、グループでのセッションであることが活きてきます。
例えばとっても素敵なワンピースを着て「今日の私はイケてるな」と自分では思っていても、朝食べたご飯の粒が口元についていて気づいていなかったとしたら…

季節は小満。万物が満ちる時。
窓の外に見える景色がとても清々しく、終わりかけの牡丹桜の花びらが、はらはらと風に舞っていました。

「この講座が終了する3ヶ月後には、落ち葉に変わっているかもしれないね」などと話しながら、この季節ならではの過ごし方、付き合いかたをお伝えしました。私たちと、環境（暦や自然の営み）とは切っても切れない関係にありました。

私たちは自然、そして大きなこの宇宙の中に生きている。
