山では山菜が採れ始め、海では小女子漁が解禁になります。

そんな今日は朝から小女子漁があるという情報を聞きつけて
朝4時から漁港へ行き、6時から釜揚げをしました。Vlogはそんな一日のあらましをお届けしています。

 

年に一度ほどしかないので、忘れないように小女子の釜揚げと佃煮のレシピを備忘録にアップしておきます。

小女子の釜揚げ
＜材料＞
・小女子　1kg（〜10kgぐらいまで）
・水　　　3L
・塩　　　120g

＜作り方＞
1、鍋に塩水を沸かして沸騰させる
2、お玉ですくって、小女子を入れていく
3、お箸で優しく上と下をひっくり返すように混ぜる
4、1分ほどでザルに明ける
5、繰り返し

小女子の佃煮
＜材料＞
・小女子　1kg（〜5kgぐらいまで）
・醤油　　　50cc
・砂糖　　　100g
・みりん　  100cc

＜作り方＞
1、お鍋にタレの材料を入れて加熱する
2、お玉ですくって、生のままの小女子を入れていく
3、小女子が浮いてくるまで待ち、お箸で優しく上と下をひっくり返すように混ぜる
4、身の白さがなくなったらすくって揚げていく
5、繰り返し

今年はちょっと柔らかかった。もう少し煮ても良かったな。
来年はもっと美味しく作れるといいなぁ。
